Shipping Policy — Arduna.

Pre-Order Fulfillment All Drop 1 products are made-to-order. Orders are sent to production after the pre-order window closes. Estimated production time is 3–7 business days, after which your order is shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, estimated approximately in the shipment's description.

Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
  • Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia): 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier conditions, or high demand periods.

Shipping Rates Rates are based upon product weight and delivery distance. Shipping rates may not go below $3.00 and are eligible for discounts/

Tracking Once your order ships, you may review its status through your orders portal by clicking on your account's profile on the website. You will also receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery status.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@arduna.co with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Arduna is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
