Returns & Refunds — Arduna.

Pre-Order Policy All Drop 1 products are sold on a pre-order basis. Orders are sent to production only after the pre-order window closes. Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us at hello@arduna.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product or variant, contact us at hello@arduna.co within 14 days of order creation. We will send the correct item immediately.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order enters the production queue and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Sizing Please refer to our size guide before ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, as all items are produced on demand.
